Shipping Policy
How orders are packed, dispatched and tracked.
Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are prepared the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, are prepared the next business day.
Packaging
Vials are sealed and labelled with product and lot identifiers, then packed in protective, discreet outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive items ship with an insulated liner where required.
Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed once the carrier scans the parcel. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lost or delayed parcels
Contact support with your order number if tracking has not updated for five business days and we will open a carrier investigation.
