Returns Policy
What can be returned, and how refunds are issued.
Eligibility
Unopened items with intact seals may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned because lot integrity can no longer be verified.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Report damage or a picking error within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging and the vial labels. Approved cases are replaced or refunded in full.
Documentation discrepancies
If the lot number on your vial does not match the certificate of analysis supplied, contact support immediately and do not use the material. We will replace the lot.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return being received and inspected.
